How do I share a recipe?
Open any recipe in the app, tap the share icon, and copy the link. Anyone with the link can view the recipe at rationau.com/r/[code]. If they have the app installed, the link opens directly in the app.
Can I use Ratio, Nau on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on any device and your recipes sync automatically.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. You can view and use your saved recipes without an internet connection. Syncing happens when you reconnect.
How do I reset my password?
Tap “Forgot password?” on the login screen. Enter your email address and we’ll send a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data on the Delete Account page. We will email a confirmation link before the deletion is completed.
What brewing methods does Ratio, Nau support?
The app supports any brewing method where you control the ratio: pour-over (V60, Chemex, Kalita), AeroPress, French press, moka pot, espresso, cold brew, and more. The parameters adapt to your method.
The app isn’t working correctly. What should I do?
Try these steps first:
- Force-quit and relaunch the app
- Check that you’re running the latest version
- Restart your device
